Shipping Policy
Foxskull is a small-batch brand, and we work hard to get your gear to you quickly and reliably. Here's what you need to know about how we handle shipping.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- During product launches or limited drops, processing times may be slightly longer — we’ll always keep you posted via email or social.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another when it ships.
2. Shipping Rates & Times (U.S. Only for Now)
- Standard Shipping: $4.99 (3–7 business days)
- Free Shipping: On all orders over $60
We currently only ship to U.S. addresses. We’re working on expanding to international customers soon.
3. Preorders & Made-to-Order Items
Some Foxskull products are released as preorders or made-to-order drops. In those cases:
- Estimated ship date will be clearly stated on the product page.
- If your order includes a preorder item, your full order will ship together once everything is ready.
We appreciate your patience while we keep things small-batch and intentional.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. It may take 24 hours to update in the system.
5. Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, stolen, or marked delivered but you can’t find it:
- First, double-check around your mailbox, front door, or with neighbors.
- Still missing? Email us at support@foxskull.com within 7 days of the delivery scan.
We’ll do our best to help, but Foxskull is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed.
6. Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
