Foxskull is a small-batch brand — every item is made with intention. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • For hygiene reasons, any item with signs of wear, odor, or washing will not be accepted.
  • Exchanges are allowed for sizing issues, while supplies last.
      • Returned items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, clean).
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Original shipping costs are nonrefundable.
  • Returns postmarked after 14 days may be denied.
  • Approved returns will be processed within 5–7 business days of receipt.

Final Sale Items
All limited drops, discounted gear, and preorders are final sale — no returns or exchanges.
Certain items may also be marked non-returnable for hygiene reasons (noted on product pages).

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is damaged or incorrect, email us within 3 days of delivery so we can help.

 

How to Start a Return
Email us at support@foxskull.com with:

  • Your order number
  • What you’d like to return or exchange
  • Reason for return

We’ll try our best to respond within 2 business days with next steps.
