Some Foxskull products are offered as preorders — meaning they are not ready to ship at the time of purchase. Here's what you need to know before placing a preorder.

1. What Is a Preorder?

A preorder lets you reserve an item before it’s in stock. This allows us to produce gear in small batches without waste or overstock.

 

2. Shipping Timeline

Each preorder product will include an estimated ship date on the product page. Please note:

  • Production and shipping times may vary slightly due to manufacturing or shipping delays.
  • If there are any major delays, we’ll notify you via email.

3. Combined Orders

If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items:

  • The entire order will ship together when the preorder item is ready.
  • If you need in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.

4. Final Sale Policy

All preorder items are final sale:

  • We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges on preorder items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
  • This is because each unit is made to order specifically for you.

5. Order Updates

You’ll receive:

  • An order confirmation email after purchase
  • A shipping notification with tracking when your order ships
